So it was suspected my hand wasn't broken, only deeply bruised - maybe.

The healer, Su'ha, of the Broken Horn Tribe fixed me up - it wasn't unpleasant. Well. She set the bone, that hurt a bit but the actual healing was interesting. It was pleasantly warm! She mentioned it was the power of An;she - that's the tauren name for the sun. She had Ohanjo (who I met up with in Bloodhoof - he's the one who brought me to Su'ha!) make a tea that was supposed to help too.

The tea was vaguely bitter, likely from the earthroot. But ok, I spent four days cradling that hand and looking for a healer - I have never been more grateful for the healer's art than I am today.  Her mention of An'she makes me want to devote more time to studying my peoples beliefs - I sort of make offerings to the Earthmother, I just don;t feel like it;s my calling, I guess? I'm not sure how else to say that. I have a strong pull for these loa I've been encountering in Zandalar - Like Jani. Jani has answered my words before and I feel heartened by that.

Vik'wa says (a lot) that faith depends on the person. She knows plenty of trolls that don't follow a loa, and the same for tauren. It's not uncommon to meet a fellow tauren that has little belief - and I suppose their answers (usually a response to tragedy and strife) make sense. It's up to the person to make that choice. She also suggested maybe taking another vision quest, since I am healed from my troubles in Highmountain. I'm not sure, the last one took a lot out of me.. (I am told that is almost always the case, exhaustion and the like.) We'll see. It's not in the works for now.

Ginja sent a letter from Everlook - she says we have a reputation for danger now, and that's good and bad for us. She says she already has a roster of potentials from just Everlook. They just need to go through meetings with us both to find the right fits for our team. That takes a bit of work; I'll fly out to meet her within the next day or so. Before we meet with potential team mates, we have to meet up and discuss finances. I know what we have enough for two wagons - preferably used. New wagons are too expensive. Plus we'll need to build up our stocks again. The Faithless took so much from us, but we won;t be held back. Ginja suggested we hire some bruisers, or some sort of armed guard - the Devoted gave us guards but it wasn;t enough. We need to be focused and determined in our safety.

Ohanjo mentioned this was a learning experience - and I do agree. Vik'wa said it;s good this happened, because now we can look at new ways to operate instead of being stuck in set ways. We'll use this as a way to branch out maybe - I know Ginja misses the Kalimdor runs - Everlook is her favorite spot to go on off duty times. (I miss it too - they have the best hot showers and hot tubs!) But in the mean time, before I head off to Everlook, I'll go see if Ohanjo still wants to go to Thousand Needles - he mentioned wanting to go visit and pay respects to his Matron. He invited me, curiously enough, and I am keen to visit - I've never seen that region.
