Pictured are Eishona, Sweylo and a small pink saurid. She writes below the pictures: Back in Zandalar for some freelance work!

Ginja and I met up finally -  we talked for three hours about the stresses of this work - trading in far away lands, negotiating deals, managing employees, money and the dangers that come with being in strange lands full of beasts and peoples that want to add your skull to a pile. She took the recent loss very hard, and said informing the families of the losses of their loved ones really hurt her. Maybe she gets it now. That part of the job is terrible. The anguished wails of families lamenting, and the outrage - I'll never forget it. I don't think she will either.

She's still onboard for trying again, though with hired help to help defend us - we have just two of our own people for that, a mistake on our part. And while the Devoted were kind enough to offer us assistance for the night, four guards total was not enough, not when they fall asleep at their post. So we're looking for help - I suggested we go with tauren braves - many are eager for action and to see the world, and not many people will try to tangle with a tauren. Those that do learn very quickly why we aren't to be trifled with. Our kicks can break bones! Ginja was thinking of keeping with the goblin type, but is agreeing with my thoughts.  We're reaching out to Bloodhoof Village for any willing people looking for work. We're hoping to hire one three seasoned guards plus one starting out - everyone should have their chance, right?

I bet Ohanjo knows some braves, I should ask him.Or Jukko.. maybe I'll send him a letter too.

We held interviews in Everlook for new members - we had a huge turn out. We have twelve prospects to choose from, all of them from various walks of life and skill level. We only need six though, so it'll be a hard choice. One woman stands out - she's a mother of grown children, grown bored of her time at home, She wants to branch out and see the world. Her mate is gone (she didn't specify how and we didn't ask.) and she years for excitement. Her name was Swilla Gobspark. Ginja promised her she'll hear back in a week or so.

In other news, I returned to Zuldazar for some work - we're a few weeks from restarting our trading, and I am so bored. I work with Sweylo whenever I can now since we left Highmountain. He;s made amazing progress! But now I am signed on to do some work for that leather worker that made my current armor. His name was Xanjo, and when I approached him last night he said he was looking for someone to help him build up his stock of hides. I'll be working in the jungles in Zuldazar, during the day only - per his request. He heard about the Cloudsong's mishaps and wants me to be safe - and so do I! So I'll be hunting in the morning. I brought Tusok to help carry what I find back to Zandalar. I can't waste a kill, so meat, bones, feathers and teeth: it all comes back. What Xanjo won't buy I'll keep for the caravan's supplies.

I'm off to bed for now, I am tired after traveling!
