Oh but what a day! I went from Mulgore to Orgrimmar today, then I am heading to Highmountain to see Routy with his Winter Veil present!  I’m on my way to Dalaran right now. I cannot wait to see him. I hope he likes his present. I crafted him a set of work gloves for his forge work - He’d never complain, but his current pair are so pitted and scarred. I think I saw a hole in one, so I’d been setting about to creating a new pair for him.  I made them from the strongest hide I could find, cut and lined it with good wool and stitched them up. I even stitched an “R.R” on both. They extend up to the elbow, and are thick and strong. I cannot wait to see his face - hopefully he uses them. I pre-oiled them, to keep the leather supple, but it’s good work and use that will keep them in good order. I also crafted him a fine apron to use too - I noticed his clothing for forge work is often burned, so I made it extra thick and studded along the edges, with a comfy silk lining on the inside of the neck part. It’s got nifty pockets for his tools! I’ll gift him these tonight when I get in, I cannot wait! He means so much, I’m not sure how else to say it.

 I also have countless fruitcakes and bric-a-brac from Orgrimmar from the celebrations! I had no idea people made so many little toys!
 My favourites are the little lights the goblins made - I’ll never tire of their work.  I brought tons home to decorate with! Three colours, white, green and blue! And garlands of woven grass from Bloodhoof village! I traded smoked fish for those, and the lights were a gift from the goblins. It turns out my working with that new team from Everlook got some word around - I have several teams looking for work and a chance to be hired on - it’s so confusing. I only need one team when I am on Kalimdor, though one group said they’re willing to travel to the Broken Isles if required - whiiiiich I admit is nice, it would save in mage costs because they’ll pay their own cargo fees to Dalaran and the like.. so we’ll see. I’ll make the choice next week.  They’re very eager to know - which I understand. Other contracts and patrons to get on with, after all.

I got a letter while I was in Orgimmar - from Weylo. It’s the fiorst I’ve heard from in .. in months, since before I left after our argument. Vik’wa - I was staying with her when I got it - said I should read it later, and I want to agree. I am not ready from him.  Speaking of Vik’wa, that woman can drink! Oh, we went to to a tavern in the city and shared a few pitchers of beer and she.. oh., I cannot keep up with her!  Some  nice goblin fellows walked us home - well, they wheeled her home in a barrow - but it was funny, she sings and chatter so much when she’s had some drinks, and displays some of her abilities. Did you know you can make dragons out of energy? she totally can!

Oh- I must go. The mage with the portal to Dalaran is almost ready! I’ll write again soon!
