Pictured is Harb Clawhoof and Eishona; in Bloodhoof village. Eish looks really excited, Harb looks happy enough.

I’d heard there was something in the works by some folks called the Bluepaw - a market! I thought I’d donate some items to their event. I ended up in Bloodhoof, talking to Harb! It’d been some months since I saw him last. It was really nice to catch up. We talked about kodos mostly, looking mine over. He thinks Tusok would be a good herdsire for a line of battling kodo. I agree, he’s pretty sturdy and doesn;t back down. He’s just harder to handle in cities and towns - so I usually let him stay with good stable master. Not all of them are equipped (or wanting) to deal with a full size kodo, specially one with a temper. And obviously, thats not a welcome thing in peaceful settings. But as it is, I was able to negotiate prices on several of Harb’s best kodo mounts to sell off at market. Well, I hope they’ll accept what I am offering. I should write a letter.

After the prices were settled, I ran into the most peculiar fellow. He was a troll, very tall and blue, with white fair and fur. And naked! why, with his flappy out and all. Just.. just plain as day. Boom. Naked. He didn’t seem upset about it, so I didn’t mention it. But as it stands, he was in the village for trading. He had stacks of these papers covered in things called glyphs, and was looking for some meats. It took.. it took some careful doing, but eventually, we worked out a trade. He was so hard to understand, the poor fellow.  Once we worked out a few key phrases and stuff, he was pretty happy to chat a while.

He sounded like he got hurt at some point and his throat just never healed alright. That wasn;t a polite thing to ask about though! But his name was Pk’tow! He’s a hunter like I am, but he keeps goats. He explained carefully that he was a Drak-ari troll, and lived in Thunder Bluff with a druid he called K’li. I think that’s what he said. So we traded his paper for some of my leftover moose. As it turns out, this druid he works with made the paper and the symbols on it. She’s just hard pressed to get out and about, so he does a lot of her errands for her. Isn’t that just so sweet of him! you’d never guess he was so sweet when you see him though. Oh he was so sour faced, and a little intimidating. He was covered in tattoos and scars. But oh he smiled once, and it was so lovely. I hope I can see him again, he seemed happy to have a little chatter.

That makes me wonder though, these druids. Ever since that one lady healed me, I keep an eye out for them. I don’t understand the need for the different forms they take - to be truthful its still creepy. Like why not keep your shape? Who taught them that? It’s magic right? I want to devote some time to learning about it, but I think for now I’ll focus on trading and my duty in Argus. Which is coming up soon! I could opt out, we’ll see what happens.
