My last day in Orgrimmar - I’d really rather not relive it. But Vik’wa has been careful to tell me that accounting my travels is of use.

I was wrapping up a pretty uneventful evening of trading. A few folks looked, but no real trades were done. Few people spoke, namely looking in my bags and baskets.  This is of course, fine. It’s expected! I am rarely here, and have no reputation.  So I was tying up loose bags, tidying up where I and the kodos were when an elf came along.

He was slim, clad in leather and drunk. He reeked of alcohol. I swear I saw waves of odor coming off of him. I could tell already this was going to be weird when he cried out, “HEY COW LADY!”. I work very hard not to be offended when people call myself, or other tauren cows, or moo at us - I do.  The ignorance and basic rudeness of others should not justify the violence of ourselves.

So I was polite, I bid him a good evening, and explained I’d put up shop for the time being. He claimed I had time for one more customer, and grabbed himself. Like, his flappy. He grabbed at his crotch. Again, I had to politely explain I was done trading, and started leading my kodos off - That’s one thing Vik’wa told me - if a person is being rude sexually to you, walk on. If they persist, kick them.

Oh dear, he persisted. He walked behind Tulk, Tusok and I shouting these.. these terrible things. I can’t even write them, but they described sexual favors I didn’t know existed - maybe it’s an elf thing. But I kept on - I had an appointment with Vik’wa I wanted to keep, so I tried to ignore him. But.. ugh. But he somehow how found poop and threw it at my head. Ugh. It. It hit me in the back of the head. He said as a cow, I deserve only shit. Oh but I spun around and I didn’t kick him, I punched him! I’ve never seen a person crumple to the floor before, but he did.

Grunts from the guard came quickly, and wanted to put *me* in chains! I was mortified! But I was spoken for by three witnesses who spoke on my behalf. One of them was an orc woman that seemed to have some word over the grunts. They - the guards - looked over the elf and found him to be someone known for drunk in public frequently, and known to harass women. One guard said to me, “Next time, kick him in the balls. But outside the city walls. But between you and me, he deserved it.” I mean. I hope he’s ok, but I hope I never see him again.

I ended up at Vik’wa’s two hours late, reeking of excrement and just close to tears. But I didn;t weep. I took a bath at her place - that’s where I am now, writing this after a wash and tea with her.  She’s doing some reading while I write. I leave tomorrow morning, and it can;t come soon enough. This incident only reminds me why I avoid cities. Smelly, gross, noisy.. yugh.
