So I went to Mulgore - Miss Rhedin had asked for people to come help out at a meeting of shamans. I was not busy, so I attended.

Oh but it was a little strange.  I’m not too familiar with what shamans do - there was a lot of talk of the elements, and something called a dark shaman. Apparently our tribe is entertaining one, and that ha supset these other shamans - there were three. They seemed nice enough - worried and stern - but I was mostly quiet. I mean, all I did was start a fire for the meeting and listen in. One shaman did most of the talking - I think her name is spelled Tamaywah. She and Meelo did a lot of talking, as did Rhedin and Ebon.

There’s talk of this so called dark shaman being asked to reform, and learn better ways. Which sounds nice, because they implied something bad might happen to them if they didn’t. yikes!

Afterward, the tribe gathered together for drinks and chatter. I was sort of left on my own, so I took a trip to the plains, enjoy some of the warmth of the summer evening. I ran in to Tamaywah. We spoke of what the shaman are able to do - they can feel the elements, commune - and sometimes spirits! I had so many questions - but only asked a few. She offered many answers - I was so grateful!

Maybe she can tell me why I keep seeing a ghost-moose in my sleep?

Some days later, there was a pleasant meeting in the tribe’s tavern - it was mostly pleasant. Rakahu licked me (why does he lick?), Toruha and I chatted. I saw a worgin? Her name was Selmar, she was so nice. She looked a bit like the wolves I’ve hunted - but obviously I didn’t ask about how she was wolfish - that would have been rude!  I must ask Routy about this worgin people. I hope they’re all as nice as Miss Selmar.

Miss Ebon and Miss Rhedin spoke at length of this new Pathfinder lodge; and of investors coming to look in to funding it. I’m hoping to attend this meeting, and perhaps see more as to how this tribe functions, and offer help if I can be of use. I wonder if they’d accept some furs for this lodge, I have some good ones piling up. This meeting is tonight, so hopefully I can make an appearance.
